Wellbeing at Work Academy
Empowering School Leaders to Create Thriving Workplaces
A membership program
designed specifically for school leaders like you—leaders who want to build a workspace where teaching and non-teaching staff feel valued, motivated, and engaged but aren’t sure how to make it happen.
Helping you untangle complexity
and communicate in ways where staff feel valued and appreciated.
Does this sound familiar?
Many leaders fall into common traps:
➤ Not delegating effectively:
Taking on too much themselves to avoid burdening others.
➤ Jumping in to rescue staff:
Solving problems instead of empowering teachers to navigate challenges themselves.
➤ Being reactive:
Responding emotionally to certain people and situations instead of leading with clarity and confidence.
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.
And there’s a better way.
Join me for the Wellbeing at Work Academy.
Helping you balance compliance with care and encourage
self-determination.
How Would It Feel To…
Through a structured, supportive, and research-backed approach, this program will help you:

Develop confidence and clarity with proven communication frameworks.

Show appreciation even in high-compliance environments.

Use a coaching approach to build self-determination in your staff.

Transform your leadership style from reactive to proactive.

Connect with a safe, inclusive community of like-minded leaders who get it.
Don’t let another term go by feeling overwhelmed and uncertain.
The Wellbeing at Work Academy gives you the tools, strategies, and community you need to create a staff environment where people feel valued—and where you feel like a confident, impactful leader.
Together let's...

Create a workplace where people feel valued, motivated, and empowered.

Shift from firefighting problems to leading with clarity, confidence, and strategy.

Learn how to show appreciation in meaningful ways, even in high-pressure, compliance-driven environments.

Break the cycle of over-responsibility and start building teacher autonomy and resilience.

Strengthen our communication skills so we can inspire, support, and lead with impact.

Build a connected, thriving community of school leaders who lift each other up.
Why This Matters?
(because staff say they don't feel appreciated)

Too often surveys show that teachers don’t always feel appreciated—not because leaders don’t care, but because:
-
Appreciation gets lost in the busyness of compliance and administration.
-
Support often looks like fixing problems rather than empowering teachers.
-
External recognition (from parents, the community, and policymakers) is rare, making internal appreciation even more crucial.
The Impact of Unappreciated Teachers
When teachers feel undervalued, morale drops.
When morale drops, engagement and effectiveness suffer. And when that happens, student learning takes a hit.
Research shows that school leadership is one of the most significant factors in staff wellbeing.
What leaders say and do directly influences whether teachers feel supported, motivated, and empowered—or burned out, disengaged, and looking for the exit.

What This Program is NOT

This is NOT a whole-school wellbeing program for all staff to participate in.
This program is specifically for you—the school leader—to equip you with the skills, strategies, and confidence to lead your team effectively.

This is NOT about adding more to your plate.
It’s about working smarter, not harder, by shifting how you communicate, delegate, and empower your staff.

This is NOT just theory without action.
Every strategy and resource provided is practical, research-backed, and designed for immediate application in your leadership.

This is NOT a quick-fix solution.
True culture change takes time, and this program is about building long-term leadership habits that create lasting impact.

This is NOT about doing the work for your teachers.
Instead, you’ll learn how to coach, guide, and empower them to take ownership of their own wellbeing and professional growth.

This is NOT just another compliance-driven initiative.
It’s a real, supportive space where you can connect with like-minded leaders, share challenges, and grow in your role with confidence.
